Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Restoration 360 (“R360,” “we,” “us”) collects through gorestoration360.com and how we handle it. It is written in plain English on purpose. If something here is unclear, email hello@gorestoration360.com and we’ll explain.
Information we collect
- Application form data. When you apply for an Operating Diagnostic, we collect your name, email, phone, company, revenue range, role, and what you wrote in the “What’s the bleed?” field.
- Newsletter signups. Email address only.
- Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics provider. It tells us page-level traffic patterns. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no cookies.
- Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) kept for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To answer your application — every one of them, by a human.
- To send the newsletter, if you signed up.
- To understand which pages are working and which need rewriting.
- For nothing else. We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it with marketing networks.
Sharing
We share information only with vendors who help us run the site (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics). They are bound by contracts and process data on our behalf only. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights (CCPA, GDPR-adjacent)
California residents have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about them, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” of personal data. Since we don’t sell personal data, the last one is a no-op — but the first two are real. Email hello@gorestoration360.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Retention
Applications and newsletter data stay on file until you ask us to delete them or until they’re no longer useful for the relationship — whichever comes first.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS) and limit internal access to founders only. No system is perfectly secure; we work to keep this one boring.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
