Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of gorestoration360.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site is informational. It describes Restoration 360’s consulting and AI implementation services for restoration contractors. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a consulting engagement. Engagements are scoped, signed, and governed by separate written agreements between R360 and the client.
What the Site is not
- Not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or licensing advice. Restoration is a regulated trade. Consult appropriate licensed professionals for decisions affecting your business.
- Not a guarantee of outcome. Case studies describe what happened with specific shops. Your results will differ.
- Not affiliated with any TPA, carrier, or software vendor mentioned by name. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
