How we engage

90 days. Three phases. Re-scope on numbers, not feel.

We’re an application-only practice. Quarterly engagements, with founders embedded in your shop. Engagement size scales with shop size — we’ll confirm the math works for both sides before anyone signs.

Phase 01

Diagnose · Weeks 1–2

We sit with 90 days of your files, walk the shop, talk to the team, and read the books. By the end of week two you have a written, dollar-ranked playbook against every leak we found.

Phase 02

Build · Weeks 3–8

Weekly working sessions where we ship the agreed scope: workflow changes, AI agents on your existing stack, role redesign, and the dashboards that prove it's working.

Phase 03

Embed · Weeks 9–12 and beyond

We stay quarter after quarter, re-scoping against the numbers we said we'd move. The fixes outlive the engagement because your team owns them.

What we don’t do

  • No SaaS license, no platform play. We work on the stack you already pay for. If we recommend a tool change, it’s because something is actively costing you money.
  • No mastermind. No Slack channel. A founder sits at your table for a quarter. The work installs inside your business — not on a course platform.
  • No public adjusting. We fix the inputs your desk adjuster evaluates. We never insert ourselves between you and the carrier — that breaks the program.
  • No locked vendors. Your agents run on your accounts. The training corpus is your historical data. Integration code is documented and handed off at the end of the engagement.

The qualifying call

Engagement scope and pricing are quoted after a 30-minute Operating Diagnostic. We share both transparently on the call. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so — and often point you somewhere that is.
